Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): There will be a minimum order quantity that needs to be placed for bulk production of custom dresses. The MOQ will be determined based on the design and fabric chosen for the dress.
Design Approval: The client will be required to provide the design specifications for the custom dresses. Brand Casadori will provide a sample or mock-up of the dress for the client's approval before bulk production.
Fabric Selection: The client will be required to select the fabric for the custom dresses from the options provided by Brand Casadori. Any additional fabric required for the dress will need to be provided by the client.
Payment Terms: A down payment will be required at the time of placing the order, with the balance payment due upon delivery. Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or any other mutually agreed-upon method.
Delivery Schedule: The delivery date for the custom dresses will be provided by Brand Casadori upon receipt of the order and will be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. The client will be informed of any changes to the delivery schedule.
Quality Assurance: Brand Casadori will ensure that the custom dresses meet the agreed-upon specifications and quality standards. Any defects or issues with the dresses will be rectified at no additional cost to the client.
Intellectual Property Rights: The client will own the intellectual property rights to the custom dress design. Brand Casadori reserves the right to use images of the custom dress for promotional purposes.
Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation of the order by the client, any costs incurred up to that point will be charged to the client. The client may be eligible for a refund of the down payment depending on the stage of production of the custom dresses.
